Terms & Conditions – OneOption

1. General Disclaimer

OneOption (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) is a software and technology provider. We develop and offer Excel- and Python-based trading automation tools designed to help users connect with their own brokerage accounts and execute trades more conveniently. It is developed for simulation and virtual trading to improve the skills of trading, giving users a safe environment to practice, learn, and refine their strategies.

👉 We are NOT SEBI-registered and do not provide investment advisory, financial tips, stock recommendations, portfolio management, or any other financial services.

2. Risk Disclaimer

  • Trading in derivatives, options, and other securities involves significant risk.

  • By using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept that all trading decisions are your sole responsibility.

  • Algo trades provided by the Platform are generated based on price action, technical indicators, and live data sourced directly from your broker.

  • The outcomes, including any profit or loss, are not guaranteed and do not reflect any secret, proprietary, or personal trading strategy of the developers.

  • OneOption does not guarantee profits, returns, or performance of any kind.

  • Past performance or back test results do not indicate future results.

3. Platform Usage

  • Our tools are intended for educational and research purposes only.

  • The “Algo” features may include paper trading modes for practice and learning.

  • Live trades, if executed, are placed through the user’s own broker credentials. We neither access nor control user brokerage accounts.

4. No Advisory Services

  • OneOption does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

  • Users should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment or trading decisions.

5. User Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring the security of their brokerage credentials.

  • OneOption does not store or misuse login credentials.

  • Any trades placed using the Platform are executed at the user’s discretion and risk.

6. Refunds & Payments

  • All purchases, subscriptions, or licenses are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall refunds be provided, except where mandated by applicable law.

  • Users are advised to review the features before making payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • OneOption shall not be held liable for:

    • Any financial losses, direct or indirect, incurred through use of the Platform.

    • Errors, bugs, downtime, or connectivity issues with brokers or exchanges.

    • Any misuse of the Platform by users.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Suspension or Removal of Real Trade Feature

  • The optional real trade feature of the Platform is provided solely for the user’s convenience and remains subject to our discretion.

  • OneOption reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove access to the real trade functionality from any user, without refund, if:

    • Misconduct, abuse, or violation of terms is detected.

    • Malicious or unauthorized usage is suspected.

    • User’s activities indicate intentions that may harm the integrity of the Platform, brokers, or other users.

  • Such actions may be taken without prior notice, and the decision of OneOption shall be final.

10. Purpose of the Platform

  • OneOption is primarily developed as a paper trading and simulation platform.

  • The purpose is to help beginners practice and enhance their trading skills in a safe, risk-free environment before engaging in live markets.

  • Any decision to switch from paper trading to real trade mode is entirely at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

  • OneOption neither recommends nor encourages Real trading and shall not be liable for any outcomes arising from such user decisions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this platform, its usage, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Intellectual Property & Licensing

The Platform, including its software, features, content, and design, is the intellectual property of OneOption. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for personal educational and research purposes. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the Platform or any part thereof. Any unauthorized use will result in termination of access and may result in legal action.

12. Privacy Disclaimer

OneOption does not collect, store, or share any personal financial data or brokerage credentials. All sensitive information remains within the user’s control and responsibility. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this privacy policy.

1. सामान्य अस्वीकरण

वनऑप्शन (“हम,” “हमारा,” या “प्लेटफ़ॉर्म”) एक सॉफ़्टवेयर और तकनीकी प्रदाता है। हम Excel और Python-आधारित ट्रेडिंग ऑटोमेशन टूल्स विकसित और प्रदान करते हैं, जो उपयोगकर्ताओं को उनके स्वयं के ब्रोकर खातों से जोड़ने और ट्रेड अधिक सुविधाजनक तरीके से करने में मदद करते हैं। यह केवल सिमुलेशन और वर्चुअल ट्रेडिंग के लिए विकसित किया गया है, ताकि ट्रेडिंग कौशल में सुधार हो सके और उपयोगकर्ताओं को सुरक्षित वातावरण में अभ्यास, सीखने और अपनी रणनीतियों को निखारने का अवसर मिले।

2. जोखिम अस्वीकरण

  • डेरिवेटिव्स, ऑप्शन्स और अन्य प्रतिभूतियों में ट्रेडिंग करना उच्च जोखिम से जुड़ा है।

  • हमारे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करके, आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि सभी ट्रेडिंग निर्णय केवल आपकी स्वयं की ज़िम्मेदारी हैं।

  • प्लेटफ़ॉर्म द्वारा प्रदान किए गए एल्गो ट्रेड मूल्य गतिविधि, तकनीकी संकेतकों और आपके ब्रोकर से सीधे प्राप्त लाइव डेटा पर आधारित होते हैं।

  • परिणाम (लाभ या हानि सहित) की कोई गारंटी नहीं है और यह डेवलपर्स की किसी गुप्त या व्यक्तिगत ट्रेडिंग रणनीति को प्रतिबिंबित नहीं करते।

  • वनऑप्शन किसी भी प्रकार के लाभ, रिटर्न या प्रदर्शन की गारंटी नहीं देता।

  • पिछला प्रदर्शन या बैक टेस्ट परिणाम भविष्य के परिणामों का संकेत नहीं देते।

3. प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग

  • हमारे टूल्स केवल शैक्षिक और अनुसंधान उद्देश्यों के लिए हैं।

  • “एल्गो” सुविधाओं में अभ्यास और सीखने के लिए पेपर ट्रेडिंग मोड शामिल हो सकता है।

  • यदि लाइव ट्रेड किए जाते हैं, तो वे उपयोगकर्ता के अपने ब्रोकर क्रेडेंशियल्स से किए जाते हैं। हम न तो ब्रोकर खातों तक पहुँचते हैं और न ही उन्हें नियंत्रित करते हैं।

4. कोई परामर्श सेवाएँ नहीं

  • वनऑप्शन वित्तीय, निवेश, कानूनी या कर संबंधी सलाह नहीं देता।

  • उपयोगकर्ताओं को किसी योग्य वित्तीय सलाहकार से परामर्श करना चाहिए।

5. उपयोगकर्ता की ज़िम्मेदारी

  • उपयोगकर्ता अपने ब्रोकर क्रेडेंशियल्स की सुरक्षा के लिए स्वयं ज़िम्मेदार हैं।

  • वनऑप्शन लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल्स को न तो संग्रहीत करता है और न ही उनका दुरुपयोग करता है।

  • प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से किए गए किसी भी ट्रेड का निर्णय और जोखिम पूरी तरह उपयोगकर्ता का है।

6. रिफंड और भुगतान

  • सभी खरीदारी, सदस्यता या लाइसेंस अंतिम और गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं। किसी भी परिस्थिति में रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा, जब तक कि लागू कानून द्वारा आवश्यक न हो।

  • उपयोगकर्ताओं को भुगतान करने से पहले सुविधाओं की समीक्षा करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

7. देयता की सीमा

वनऑप्शन निम्नलिखित के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा:

  • प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के उपयोग से हुई कोई भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष वित्तीय हानि।

  • ब्रोकर या एक्सचेंज से जुड़ी त्रुटियाँ, बग्स, डाउनटाइम या कनेक्टिविटी समस्याएँ।

  • उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग।

8. संशोधन

हम किसी भी समय इन नियम और शर्तों को अपडेट या संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। उपयोगकर्ताओं को समय-समय पर इस पृष्ठ की समीक्षा करने की सलाह दी जाती है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का निरंतर उपयोग अद्यतन शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।

9. वास्तविक ट्रेड सुविधा का निलंबन या हटाना

  • प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की वास्तविक ट्रेड सुविधा केवल उपयोगकर्ता की सुविधा के लिए है और यह हमारे विवेकाधिकार पर निर्भर है।

  • वनऑप्शन किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता की वास्तविक ट्रेड सुविधा को बिना रिफंड के निलंबित, प्रतिबंधित या स्थायी रूप से हटा सकता है, यदि:

    • दुरुपयोग, दुष्प्रवृत्ति या शर्तों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है।

    • अनधिकृत या दुर्भावनापूर्ण उपयोग का संदेह हो।

    • उपयोगकर्ता की गतिविधियाँ प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, ब्रोकर या अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुरक्षा को प्रभावित करती हों।

  • ऐसे कदम बिना पूर्व सूचना के उठाए जा सकते हैं और वनऑप्शन का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

10. प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उद्देश्य

  • वनऑप्शन मुख्य रूप से पेपर ट्रेडिंग और सिमुलेशन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के रूप में विकसित किया गया है।

  • उद्देश्य यह है कि शुरुआती लोग सुरक्षित और जोखिम-मुक्त वातावरण में अभ्यास करके अपनी ट्रेडिंग क्षमताओं को बढ़ा सकें।

  • पेपर ट्रेडिंग से वास्तविक ट्रेडिंग मोड पर स्विच करने का निर्णय पूरी तरह उपयोगकर्ता की स्वयं की इच्छा और जोखिम पर निर्भर है।

  • वनऑप्शन वास्तविक ट्रेडिंग की न तो अनुशंसा करता है और न ही प्रोत्साहित करता है, और ऐसे किसी भी निर्णय के परिणामों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

ये नियम और शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्यायित होंगी। इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, इसके उपयोग या भुगतान से संबंधित किसी भी विवाद का निपटारा केवल लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश, भारत की अदालतों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होगा।

11. बौद्धिक संपदा और लाइसेंसिंग

प्लेटफ़ॉर्म (सॉफ़्टवेयर, फीचर्स, सामग्री और डिज़ाइन सहित) वनऑप्शन की बौद्धिक संपदा है। उपयोगकर्ताओं को केवल व्यक्तिगत शैक्षिक और अनुसंधान उद्देश्यों के लिए सीमित, गैर-विशेष, गैर-हस्तांतरणीय लाइसेंस प्रदान किया जाता है।
उपयोगकर्ता प्लेटफ़ॉर्म या उसके किसी भी भाग की कॉपी, संशोधन, वितरण, पुनर्विक्रय या रिवर्स-इंजीनियरिंग नहीं कर सकते। किसी भी अनधिकृत उपयोग पर पहुँच समाप्त कर दी जाएगी और कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

12. गोपनीयता अस्वीकरण

वनऑप्शन किसी भी व्यक्तिगत वित्तीय डेटा या ब्रोकर क्रेडेंशियल्स को एकत्र, संग्रहीत या साझा नहीं करता। सभी संवेदनशील जानकारी पूरी तरह उपयोगकर्ता के नियंत्रण और ज़िम्मेदारी में रहती है।
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करके, आप इस गोपनीयता नीति को स्वीकार करते हैं।
